You’re now just a few simple steps away from settlement.
We’ve put together a quick guide to help you complete the final requirements and keep things running smoothly.
Preparing for settlement

These can be e-signed online as part of your digital loan pack. Your mortgage docs will be apart of this loan document pack, so be sure to get those ready for step 2.

In Western Australia, mortgage documents must be printed, 2 copies, wet-signed, witnessed, and posted to the address listed under Mortgagee. Refer to the how to guide below.

If you’re refinancing, make sure you’ve completed a Discharge Authority form with your current lender so your existing loan can be released at settlement.

Ensure your home insurance policy lists your new lender as the interested party.
(If your property is part of a strata, this may already be covered under the strata building insurance.) -
Once you’ve completed and posted your mortgage documents, and arranged your insurance (if required), your loan will be ready for settlement.
